PROTOTYPING:
concept design, pcb layout, design for manufacture (DFM), mechanical design, design approval, prototype builds.
REPAIR:
contract repairs, cellular repairs, problem diagnostic, components replacement,
BGA replacement, BGA reballing, wire bonding. Track and pad repairs. Frimware update.
TESTING AND DIAGNOSTIC:
full test development, JTAG flashing and Jtag boundary scan, Wifi, Bluethoot testers, GPS simulator.
